Mr. Heim was appointed President of TitleNGo in February 2008 after serving as Vice President of Operations for 3 years. During his tenure with the company, Mr. Heim has provided visionary leadership that has opened new opportunities for the company.

Mr. Heim has established business partnerships with leading industry, financial, technology, and consulting firms. Capitalizing on experience gained from his legal and industry background, Mr. Heim has guided the company from start-up to established contender in the electronic titling industry. The customer base has grown 500% since he came with the company.

Mr. Heim has served on the Pennsylvania Independent Auto Dealer Association’s (PIADA) marketing committee, developed marketing strategies that enhanced the company’s name recognition in the industry, and developed strategic business plans and financial strategies that have led to TitleNGo's amazing growth.

A magna cum laude graduate of Alvernia College, Mr. Heim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and is a member of Phi Alpha Theta fraternity. He is married and lives in Reading, Pennsylvania.
